Plan Termination and Audits

We develop a strategic roadmap for plan termination and guide you through every phase of the process when that time arises. Our role as the third-party administrator (TPA) is to manage the termination in a comprehensive, compliant, and efficient manner from pre-termination analysis to final compliance and plan closure. Our goal is to provide a seamless, end-to-end termination process that minimizes administrative burden while maintaining full regulatory compliance.

For the retirement plans we administer, we also provide full support if your plan is selected for audit by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC), or the Department of Labor (DOL).

Our team will take the lead in managing the audit process from start to finish. Throughout the examination, we manage communications with the government agent and handle all correspondence on behalf of the plan.
